Light’s Refraction

Leonard Van zanten

Abstract

The general consensus is that the cause for the refraction of light lies in velocity. That “cause” however is “incidence only”; while the “velocity” is dictated upon it by the angle, in the “length” of the wave.   Nor is the propagation of light by any reciprocal fashion but by rotation, even as all magnetic waves are instigated by rotation, an angular input to a linear entity

Keywords

Light, Velocity, Refraction, Retardation.
